We built Dearest for the moment between finding a listing and explaining why it matters. The product turns a property address or listing link into a buyer-facing report that agents can edit and share.
What Dearest does
Dearest takes a property address or supported listing link and generates a presentation with property details, AI-restyled photos, neighborhood context, schools, market information, nearby places, and buyer-specific personalization when client preferences are available.
Who it is for
The product is built specifically for buyer's agents. It is not a listing marketing platform, a CRM, or a transaction management system. It is a presentation layer that helps agents show their thinking more clearly to buyers.
How we think about AI
AI helps draft the report and restyle photos, but the agent remains responsible for the final version. That is why Dearest keeps the report editable and lets agents make inline changes before they send it out.

Current scope
Dearest currently supports property addresses and supported public listing links and is in early access. Some sections depend on third-party data providers and AI generation, so agents should verify factual details before relying on them.
