Use of the service

You may use Dearest only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, listing platform rules, and real estate marketing requirements. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Agent responsibility

Dearest helps generate and format presentations, but you remain responsible for the final content you share. You should verify AI outputs, confirm factual claims, and make sure anything sent to a client is accurate, compliant, and appropriate for your market.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dearest to violate privacy, intellectual property, or fair housing rules
Do not attempt to scrape or access the service in unauthorized ways
Do not upload malicious content or misuse generated materials
Do not resell or white-label the service without written approval

Credits and billing

Some features require presentation credits. Credit pricing, pack sizes, and promotional offers may change over time. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been delivered.

Third-party data and AI output

Dearest depends on outside services for listing data, maps, email, payments, analytics, and AI generation. We do not guarantee that third-party data or generated output will always be complete, accurate, or current.

No professional advice

Dearest does not provide legal, financial, appraisal, lending, brokerage, inspection, or compliance advice. Any information in the service is provided for general informational use only.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or fail to comply with these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dearest disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dearest after updates means you accept the revised terms.
