Get help with your family space, the iPhone app, imports, notifications, or the web planner.

Email hello@dearest.co with a short description of what happened and whether you were using the iPhone app or the web planner.
For an iPhone issue, include the Dearest version shown at the bottom of Settings. Please do not send passwordless sign-in links, family invitation links, calendar subscription links, shared-plan links, or sensitive family information.
Quick help
- Sign-in and recovery: choose Log in on the Dearest homepage or welcome screen, then use the verified email connected to your family space to request a one-time link.
- Sharing to Dearest: sign in to the iPhone app first, then use the iOS Share button in Mail, Messages, Safari, Photos, or Files. Review the draft in Dearest before adding it to the family planner.
- Notifications and widgets:open Dearest Settings, then Notifications & widget. If alerts are blocked, allow them in the iPhone Settings app before trying again.
- Web access: the same family space is available at www.dearest.co.
Account and privacy
Follow the account-deletion instructions to remove your membership or, if you are the owner, permanently delete the entire family space.
